My CPU Voltage in CPU-Z is CONSTANTLY jumping up and down

I have an AMD A8 5600K APU, it shows my CPU voltage is constantly jumping up and down from 0.9 to 1.4.. Is this normal? When I say constant, I mean every single second it jumps about 0.2 or 0.1.

Yep thats normal my amd 6300 does it . Its just trying to save power. when your not doing anything intensive

Hopefully someone else will chime in, but I believe it IS normal. As your CPU clock speed changes with your usage, your voltage increases/decreases along with it.

Its absolutely normal and it is for the reasons that others have stated.

If you run something like, say, prime95, CPUz should show a consistent voltage, because CPU use is at 100% there. If it doesn't happen there, THEN you have a problem.

What you're reporting seems to be safe and normal though.

Tried out prime95, voltage was consistent at a normal voltage. thanks
