Question My Custom PC keeps freezing

Specs:
Ryzen 5 1600
Nvidia geforce gtx 1070 ti
Seasonic 660 w power supply
G skills 16gb ddr4 ram

So I built this computer last year. Now suddenly I had problems with it being stuck at boot and giving me dr debug codes. So I reset cmos, and now its freezing on desktops after a few minutes. I'm seriously worried if its a hardware problem since it was so expensive

What are the Dr Debug codes you are seeing?
Does the freezing still occur in safe mode?
Is it just freezing that occurs, mouse etc all freezes?
Does it come out of freezing or do you have to hard reset it? Does it freeze everytime you use your PC?
Have you changed anything recently? New software or hardware? Or mixing RAM modules?
Did you have anything overclocked (CMOS reset would have cleared it)?

Dr debug is 64 96 d0 a6
And the whole system freezes everytime, and wont Unfreeze unless I hard reboot.
I actually ran an old backup drive I had and experienced no apparent freezing

Provide us the information of the storage.. what you have been using and now you using. It may look like a disk problem but PSU can also be a reason it to happen.

I changed to a ssd now, and I'm not having problems RN. Will post updates if problems occur
