[SOLVED] My disk randomly goes up to 100% for 20-30 seconds?

This is happening for a month now, there are random times where the pc completely freezes, I'm sure it's a disk/windows problem, I have tried everything on the internet, I have ran scans, turn off win search, and so many other things, nothing worked. When I open up the task manager, during a freeze, the disk goes to 100%, I'm not sure what is causing it, I'm on the LATEST version of windows.

When I try to check the processes while the freeze is present, it just freezes, I cannot understand the problem.

what are specs of the PC? what drives do you have?

if its a hdd, have you tried a defrag?

I have a SSD, also here's the specs:

• GTX 1050 2GB
• I5-3350P
• 12GB DDR3 RAM

Disks:

• HFS128G32MND-2200A ATA Device (C) The SSD (128GB)
• ST3320620AS ATA Device (320GB)
• ST3360320AS ATA Device (360GB)

Are you sure, issue is with SSD?
Can you show HDtune health screenshots for remaining drives also?

Your drives are overheating (have overheated previously).
Improve cooling inside your pc case.

just tested them on every basic test, no problems whatsoever

I knew that you may say that, will do, but the temp of the SSD, which makes my whole pc freeze is just fine. The problem is in the SSD.

SSD seem fine.
