Hey all -

As the title suggests, my GPU (an Asus Dual RTX 2070 Super OC) runs at 1605 MHz according to both GPU-Z and Asus GPU Tweak II, despite clocking it to 1915 MHz in the latter. I remember fiddling around in Nvidia Control Panel to improve my fps in games, however I read somewhere that some certain power setting in the control panel can determine your max clock of the GPU. I've went through a video and other forums such as EVGA and Nvidia's for people having similar problems, and I followed some of the instructions that users there have recommended to fix, which has caused me to do all sorts of unnecessary actions, such as clean booting and having to reset my PC. My drivers are all updated, it could be some sort of bug, I wouldn't know, I just want to get this over with.

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
ASUS DUAL-RTX2070S-O8G-EVO
MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
G.Skill Trident Z 16GB DDR4-3200
addlink S70 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD
Samsung 860 EVO
Western Digital Blue 3.5" 4TB 5400RPM
Rosewill HIVE 750W 80+ Bronze Fully Modular, still working just fine after one year and one week

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Does the following link show your GPU?

https://www.asus.com/us/Graphics-Cards/DUAL-RTX2070S-O8G-EVO/

And likewise:

Are you applying the settings per Page 11 of the second link?
Ah, never would've thought about that. After applying those settings as shown on page 11, I got a max clock of 2010, which I'm happy with for my games. Thanks for the support 😄
