Question My keyboard isn’t working

My keyboard stopped responding normally and now half the keys don’t work. If I press h and then another key once that key will be written like 10 times. The ~ key has also been blinking blue.
I have the Epomaker x Aula F75 Gasket Greywood V3 mechanical keyboard.

Hey there,

If it's new then just RMA it.

Does it come with management software? If so, try uninstalling it and see if letting Windows manage it makes any difference.

I’m not sure if it came with a management software, but all the keys stopped working now so I’m not able to get past the log in page to check if it did. Is there another way to fix it other than RMA?

Not really! If it's dead, it's dead. RMA or pick up something cheap to test with.
