Question My keyboard keys are not working

So, yesterday after completing my work I turned off my pc but my keyboard's rgb is still on then I unplugged keyboard and then plugged it again, then it get turned off. But on the same evening when I turned on my pc, all looks good but my keyboard start typing \\\\\\\\\ continuesly then I restart my pc but now keys are not responding but, when I plugged my keyboard on my laptop It works fine, please helllllllppppp😭😭
