Question My Laptop is really struggling to stream league/darksouls but I'm not sure why. Any ideas?

Hey all,

I bought a laptop for gaming and streaming since I move around a lot and can't really have a desktop PC at the moment, but whenever I try and stream Dark Souls or League (Games I've streamed in the past) the laptop is really slowing down, stuttering and just all around having a bad time.

It's an i7- 9750H with a RTX 2070 Max-Q.

They should be fine for streaming I would have expected?

Would love to know if anyone has any advice on how to improve this or fix - really want to get up and running again soon.

Temps might be bad, check them out. Sounds like throttling, maybe bad thermal paste? Did you recently disassemble or have it disassembled for you?

Nope, it's like 6-8months old, never been taken apart and I play with it on a laptop fan-stand type thing so not sure what else I can do. :/
