Question My laptop shut down when ı close high graphichs games why ?

I have a laptop.

Windows 11Rtx 3060 max perfromance Intel Tiger Lake Core i7-11800H 16 gb ram ddr4 3200mhz and 500 gb and 1 tb ssd.

when I played high graphics games for a while after that I'm closing the game and wait for the laptop cool it self but sometimes my laptop shut down why is this happen? How do ı fix it ?

What is being done with the laptop right before shutdown? Have you monitored Temps?

I don't have any idea. I just close the game and just waiting in empty screen for cooling while its trying to cool it self its shut down for the reason I dont know .I'll check temperatures and give you information
