Question My monitor screen turns off and on ?

I have an Asus single fan gtx 1050ti graphics card. I have a 2560x1440 144hz monitor. My monitor screen turns off and on, usually in games and sometimes on internet sites. For example, when I look at the air in the FPS game, my monitor does turn off and on. when I look at the ground it fix, and when I switch to the windowed mode in the game, it fix again, but it is difficult to play on windowed mode. Turning the video card off and on from the device manager also fixes this problem, but it starts again hours later. (my eng is not good sorry for that).

Have you tied reinstalling the gpu drivers, checking with a new cable, reseating the gpu, and checking the gpu operating temps?

I did all of them except reinstalling the GPU drivers. Do you think this will solve the problem for sure?

Troubleshooting steps are never certain. It to try to resolve the problem. Use DDU uninstaller and then install newest drivers for your gpu is a common troubleshooting step.
