Question My PC autostarts after i changed GPU

Hi , some time ago i changed GPU form GTX 1070 to Rx 6600 XT , after that whenever I try to turn off my PC it autostarts , i seached everywhere in the system and I couldn't find fault with anything . To that time I'm just turning off my PC form the button on psu . I think it's something with my power supply ( also buzzing loudly all the time ) .

Spec:
CPU I5 11400f
GPU Rx 6600 XT
PSU SILENTIUM PC Elementum E2 550W
4 fans , 2 ssd , 1 hdd

I ordered new 700w psu ( Vero L3 700w)

Did you remove the GeForce drivers with DDU before installing Radeon drivers?

Is the motherboard BIOS fully up to date?

I didn't use ddu , but now i did it and no effect.
Bios is up to date

I'll put money on the psu being your issue.

Its a 10 second shot in the dark, but im right.

I'd wager it's the PSU as well. Silentium sells some good PSUs. This isn't one of them. It's a cheap, group-regulated PSU, and has no business powering a modern GPU that requires supplementary power.

The Vero L3 is better, but it's still not all that good. For Silentium PSUs, they're not really worth it unless it's one of the good Supremos.

I ordered Vero L3 700 W , I will mount it tomorrow and hope that was the issue .

Not a great unit, even if it resolves the current issue you'll potentially have trouble further down the line. I'd pony up some more cash for what is the most important component in your PC.
