Question My pc doesn’t start

Hi, i have looked everywhere and at this point i am desperate. This all started a few nights ago when i put in my new psu. It worked fine for a few days but yesterday my pc froze and i heard a screething noise in my headphones. And currently when i try to start my pc it clicks twice and on the first click the light comes on, second click its dead. It just keeps repeating until i flip the off switch on the psu. I have tried with two different psu’s. Please if anyone has any idea it would be amazing. I am feeling so deppressed over this. Thanks in advance.

Geforce gtx 1070 ti
Intel core i5 7600k
Msi z270 motherboard
Evga supernova g2 550W + corsair sf 600
16 gb 2400mhz ram
x2 ssd, one at 120gb and one at 240
Sshd 2tb
