Question My PC restarts on its own ?

The RGB lights keep flickering on and off and then PC restarts.
It's a struggle to start up too since the CPU fan is having trouble to rotate and then rgb lights keeps flickering on and off or sometimes the rgb lights flicker on and off then it restarts, but cpu fans and rgb light are okay but I get a black screen only it doesn't show the "no signal" error, just black screen.

I've tried reseating cables, ram and so on but it still flickers. It is flickering on and off while I'm typing this but after while it would restart

Is this a psu problem?

CPU:
dual core model: AMD Athlon 3000G with Radeon Vega 3
Ram:8gb
Kingmax m.2.2280 ssd sata 3 150
SDD : ramsta 250gb
Some of the stuff like psu i think was use only in ph but its inplay gp200L
Os nixos linux

Do you know for sure that this RGB will work in Linux? Is there Linux software available for it?
