Question My PC stutters when I'm playing

My display and audio stutters or should I say sudden lag for 1 or 2 secs when I'm playing. For example in Valorant, in the middle of the game, it stutters randomly.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
1080 Ti
16GB 3000mHz
1TB HDD
250GB SSD

How do I fix this? I tried upgrading drivers and clean installing NVIDIA drivers too. Is this a possible XMP profile error? Because I'm using it to get my RAM work at 3000mhz.

Here are some things to try:
Scanning for viruses with malwarebytes
Checking for registry problems with ccleaner
Defragmenting disks

Also, whats your cpu, gpu, and ram usage while in game?

Will do these later. Both cpu/gpu usage stays at 45-60% btw.

What is the minimum specs for the game?

a Core 2 Duo and a Intel HD 3000 would run the game on lowest settings, 30fps.

i3 4th gen and a GT 730 would get it to 60fps.

I'd get a 160-250 fps with my system. It happened like just yesterday. And also I just transferred my system to another case before this all happened, but I don't think it's the problem? Correct me if I'm wrong.
