Question My PC suddenly doesn't turn on, help

I woke up in the morning and tried to turn on my PC but it doesn't turn on, ive tried to unplug the power hold power button for 30seconds plug it in and it doesnt work, ive tried to use my screwdriver on the motherboard to bypass the power button and it still doesnt work, what works is when I put the screw driver on the 2 pins to the left of the POWER SW, Power LED - and Power LED + and hold it there the pc turns on and doesnt beep, but only if I hold the screwdriver there, when I move it the PC turns off, nothing has been moved nor unplugged, everything is plugged and the PC is almost 2 years old,
B350Motherboard is ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS
Does anyone know something to fix this?

Given that you don't have a quality power supply and you have a no power issue, I'd definitely suspect a dead power supply.

But if it turns on when I put the screwdriver on the pins it is not dead, or is it?

Wait, does it turn on completely while the screwdriver is there? The post was a bit unclear.

The pc turns on "completely" every hardware turns on, the fans spin, all the lights of the pc turn on, but it doesnt seem to iniciate windows

Does it POST? Some lights and fans doesn't actually mean that much.
