my proxy settings wont stay unchecked how do I fix this problem

I unck it ,hit ok an try to go online n wont let me so i ck settings again an its cked again.if i use safe mode it works fine but in normal mode it wont

If your computer is part of a domain, the domain policy will override whatever settings you change. Some domains will allow certain things to be changed, including the proxy settings, but it sounds like a policy is preventing you from changing this setting.

Is this a work computer?

Some times this is a side effect of some vpn services that do not uninstall correctly. It can also be malware that modified in the registry. There are a number of posts on the microsoft site on how to correct this since you generally have to manually edit registry entries and it varies a bit depending on the OS version. I would search there for examples.

If this is a work computer then the domain or vpn suggestions above would be your issue.

If it is just a personal computer and has not had this issue before then you have viruses, run malwarebytes.
