and isn't there some cheaper solution?
like putting ice in front of it or something? =P

is there some more practical way, like just making an additional opening where the hot air can circulate outside

i've read some articles on the net, they say the hot air can make it hot also
the fan is not spinning and tbh there isn't much room where it can go out

maybe i have to switch something on
because like 2 weeks ago it was working good

can i somehow reduce the heat it's making?
like turn something off
or update something
i've found out that sometimes the BIOS can make the fan not work
do i have to update it?
or maybe remove some stuff from the computer
so far,it shuts down/overheats when i turn on a game that takes a lot to process(World of Warcraft) and another thing with it

when i only browse the web, like now
the heat stays outside the critical range
=P

Don't sweat it, leave as is and in a couple of days you can by a whole new computer!!

I Understand the "no Money" bit, But Unless you replace that power supply, most likely it is going to say "I've had it, I'm out of here", O and I'm going to take the rest of the computer with me.

My comments are based on. (1) it has overheat - very bad for PSU and (2) smells like something has been cooking - and its is NOT Hotdogs.

as others have said... replace the fan use an 80mm case fan if you cant afford 1. the fans tend to be modular anyway. so it should fit on the old fans bracket. but what ever you do. dont use the pc without the psu fan working. or it will go pop and will likley as retired chief says take the rest of the pc with it.

oke
i will probably buy one then
i now have taken the power supply out and placed it right next to the GPU fan, that fan is now cooling both
i will try it that way and see how it goes
so far it's not hot and i don't smell anything strange
and my hand doesn't detect any heat when i touch it

but the program that shows me the temperature of my stuff still says 41 degree on CPU and 32 degree on motherboard
is that bad??

Thanks for the help guys =)

okay the above solution just kept the temperature of both the motherboard and the CPU at some decent level...48degrees...(the motherboard temperature went up)
and i didn't try it while i was playing...but anyway...
i was thinking how to fix it so i can carry on with playing and i got an idea!
i decided to give my computer some fingering
i just started twisting the fan with my finger and after a few circles it started Working!!
it now does it automatically like it should =)
Thanks for your help though
