Hey, I’ve had my PC for a year and a half now, the specs are Ryzen 5 5600X, ASUS RTX 3060Ti, Corsair Vengeance 32GB 3200Mhz, 1TB Samsung 980 SSD, ASUS Prime B550M-K, Corsair TX750M 80+ Gold. My issue is that when I play games like FN (cant say the name because it says my post is inappropriate?), Call of Duty Warzone, and BO6, it would crash very frequently giving me DirectX errors. I play the COD games through Xbox App, and these are the only games that crash. I play all games on the lowest settings for performance so I know its nothing to do with my parts having to work hard, I've also factory reset this PC 4 times since I've had it, and yes I have tried verifying each games files dozens of times. I always update to the latest NVIDIA graphics driver as soon as it is available and I know my RAM isn't causing the issue as I just upgraded to this 32GB kit from a 16gb kit. I think it is my GPU as it is always DirectX errors, I was just hoping someone would advise me with a way to fix this, Thanks.

Have you tried uninstalling direct x and download the latest from msoft and uninstall xbox app and download from msoft and re-install both?

What does dxdiag tell you if you type in the search box?

Yes, you could.
Also is any hardware overclocked?
And are you running EXPO ram profiles in bios?
Have you checked cpu and gpu temperatures while gaming?
Hey so I played multiplayer from when I said I would start playing and I didn't crash once, hopped into zombies and crashed within 5 seconds, what in event viewer should I show you? I do not have anything overclocked, I have XMP turned on for my RAM and my GPU stays at around 65-70 while in game with CPU at around 60-65.

Hey there,

Are all of your system drivers up to date, including chipset?

What is the current bios on the mobo?

EXPO is for DDR5 based AMD systems. For your system (and an ASUS mobo) it's called DOCP/XMP. What speed is the ram running at? You can check this with CPU-z. You can also check CPU-z for the bios revision.

Can you show us the mem/spd and motherboard tabs of CPU-z here?

2 things to try

system> display> graphics

turn off

optimisations for windows games

turn off under advanced graphics

hardware accelerated gpu scheduling
and variable refresh rate.

other is this.

I'll try play without the hardware accelerated gpu scheduling now and I've already tried the things listed in the YouTube video, thanks for your help.
