My screen resolution made my screen unable to see

So, i just built this new pc, and i was installing all the drivers.
I finished that, so i changed the resolution, so it could fit my screen.
But now, it made it so that i cant even see the screen, its just blank black., but safe mode works fine, in the 1024x768 and 800x600. I tried uninstalling the graphics card (GTX 680 FTW) and it worked, but when i reinstalled it, it turned back onto the "Blank screen" So how can i change the graphics so it applies to normal mode, from safe mode.

Did you install the drivers of the graphics card?
Did you disable integrated graphics?
Are you sure that the monitor supports 1024x768?

Blank black means your screen resolution is too big.
