Question My USB Bluetooth Dongle is Failing, i need a new one to use it with my MX vertical mouse and headphones

I have a edup "150 meters bluetooth adapter" with a giant antena. Pretty cool, but its dying. I use my logitech mx vertical mouse and my edifier w820nb at the same time with it. I use this bluetooth dongle because of the antena. I tried to use one of those tiny bluetooth adapters, and its terrible. i stay away 2 from 3 meters from my pc and it has lag if i dont use this one with a antena.
I live in Brazil so if possible, sugest me one usb bluetooth dongle that i can get on amazon brazil or another brazilian site. is there any huge diference between a usb dongle with 4.0 bt or 5.0?
my edup one was imported from china but i dont want to wait 60 days to get a new bt dongle.
Also i need to ask this. I use another bluetooth dongle but its exclusive to my logitech k345. I think that having 2 bluetooth dongles+ a wifi dongle can be bad for the signal. Am i right? If i am its possible to conect my logitech keyboard to a generic dongle?
Also, its true that qualcom have the best usb bt dongles?

In all honesty, all BT dongles should be compatible with your wireless mouse. What sort of brands do you have access to? You could pass on a couple of sites that we can see what you have access to.
