Question Need a fix for my Redragon K551 RGB Keyboard lost firmware.

By mistake, I installed K552 Firmware update on my K551 keyboard. And now the numpad of my keyboard is not glowing up. Please help me to fix this issue.

Yeah, i did the dame thing, and now the numpad is not lighting up now. Have you found a solution yet? And i like this keyboard a lot and iv'e contacted redragon, and im waiting for a replay. Hopefully we can get the firmware to revert the firmware to the original firmware.

I had the same problem, they emailed me this application, which fixed the software on the keyboard.

Thank you, and its nice that they sent you the app, but i need the app for the K551 model.

I got an email from Redragon and they said they dont have an update for the K551, but i did find a around to fix the isssue. If you go to this website https://www.redragonzone.com/pages/download and download the software for the K582 SURARA, youll get two apps, and one is an update program, if you install that firmware, it fixes the keyboard, and so far the keyboard and all the lights are working now. One other thing i got working tho is the Redragon software to control the keyboard and customize it. First download the software for the K551RGB MITRA here https://www.redragonzone.com/pages/download, and make sure that you download the Spanish version since for some reason the English version doesnt work for this keyboard idk why, and to get the app in english follow the steps on this site https://github.com/CakeLancelot/RedDragon-Vara-English and your good to go!
