I have a budget of $700, I have a moniter, keyboard, and mouse. I just need a build that can run skyrim on high setting atleast. I do plan to build it myself just dont know what parts are optimal for my budget and goal.

(Not difficult to cool that chip, unless you overclock it heavily.)

Then you'd have more to play with (get a better case or a Z77 mobo).
