Need a good overclocking motherboard

ok i currently have a q6600 and overclock to 3.6 but my temps are a bit high and i have recently damaged my motherboard so i have no lan or onboard sound.

i decided i want to liquid cool my cpu and buy a new board. but what board should i get?

i would prefer an asus board, basically i want it to overclock well and take an nvidia gpu, i do not care for sli now or in the future so single pci ex is fine with me.

what are your suggestions for good ocing boards

definately go with the gigabyte p45 udp, great for ocing quads
what are you looking at for liquid cooling? I may be able to help you out
