[SOLVED] Need advice for choosing PSU

Solution
Bronze/Gold/etc. are a measure of efficiency, not quality. Now, there's some correlation between efficiency and overall quality -- you won't find any good non 80 plus PSUs in 2019 and I can't think of a literal garbage Platinum one -- but that correlation isn't perfect. A 1989 Yugo will get better gas mileage than a new Ferrari, but the latter is a way better car.
First, determine what wattage you need.
This is a handy chart:
http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
For either card you will not need a 6 pin aux power connector so even 300w will suffice.
But, your processor is a good one, able to support a stronger graphics card
For that reason, buy a 450 or 550w psu.
It will only consume the power demanded of it regardless of the max capability.

Of more importance is the quality of the psu.
EVGA makes some good units, but I do not think the one you listed is very high on this chart:
I might suggest a 450w Seasonic focus gold with a 7 year warranty or similar:

Would u recommend getting this psu?
Seasonic S12III 500 SSR-500GB3 500W 80+ Bronze ATX12V & EPS12V Direct Cable Wire Output Smart & Silent Fan Control 5 Year Warranty Power Supply https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MWG3911/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ZSFgDb3H3W3RE
Not really.
Do not skimp on quality when buying a power supply.
The unit is not bad, but it is an older technology and I wonder how well it will stand up with modern motherboards.
If you must, then OK, but I would spend an extra $20 or so for a modern focus unit.
Not only do you get a longer warranty, but you also get modular, gold rating, and a more compact package.

I can't find a review for it but SeaSonic basically make very good and decent PSUs. That is a so-so one with older design but not really bad for your system and card as far as wattage and PCIE connectors go (if the 1050Ti you'd want to buy needs a 6-pin).

One more things is on Newegg, several people (Verfiied Owners) complained in comments about coil whine from the unit. Not sure though if it is a common issue in that model.

Also 3-4 is not a large statistical population per se but when it's 3-4 out of a total 10-12 reviews that's a different story.

If you can I'd seggest you get a better quality newer design PSU from the Tier 1 or 2 in the links posted above.

First of all thanks for the replies again, the thing is i do not live in the U.S and ordering from newegg is pretty much impossible (from Georgia) . The other thing is my budget only allows me to pay max 45$ for a PSU and of course im open to all suggestions.

I don't know what to tell you.
None of the units in your link that are within your budget look any good.
spire, linkworld, or GF.

If it may help, here is a list of power supplies to be avoided on the johnnylucky lemon list:
http://www.johnnylucky.org/power-supplies/psu-lemon-list.html

Perhaps you can find a quality used unit.
Considering the other options, the Seasonic s12II you linked may be the lesser of many evils.
