Question Need help buying a new GPU.

Will be buying the Ryzen 7 3700 on release. And wanted to buy a new GPU also.

I will use it to stream dota 2 and some competitive games(OW,LOL etc). (I dont play AAA games)
Also my monitor is only 1080p 144hz and I have no plan on upgrading to larger resolution.

The pricing are based on my country's. Im not from US.

What I consider :
Rx 5700 - TBD
RTX 2060 - 410 USD
Vega 64 - 380 USD

Vega 64 is likely the best value for money and should do 144hz at 1080p in most titles.

Id wait for the 3700x to release before finalizing anything.
