[SOLVED] Need help on deciding PSU

I need some help on deciding which PSU should i choose.
My current build is:

Mother Board : ASROCK B450M Steel Legend
CPU : Ryzen 5 3400 G
GPU : i-GPU Vega 11 (Planning to upgrade it to idk yet maybe AMD RX series / RTX Series depend on which one has affordable LHR version)
RAM : Team elite plus black ddr4 pc25600 3200 mhz
Storage : KLEVV SSD CRAS C710 512GB M.2 2280 NVMe PCle Gen3 x4 / SSD 512GB
PSU : any 500 watt of your recommendation.

also From the build yes its and Budget Build and if u ask why I-GPU, cause i cant find any affordable GPU in my country anymore.

if it Possible to pick from brand below cause they more common on my country
Corsair, EVGA, Seasonic, Be Quiet!

The wattage you need is mainly determined by your graphics card.

I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say by 20%.
It will allow for a stronger future graphics card upgrade.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

Pay what you need to for a quality psu with a 7 to 10 year warranty.
All of the brands you listed can have good units and some not so good.
Here is a chart that might help:

In some parts of the world, seasonic seems to be a good buy.
