Hi im 15 turning 16 very soon and was looking to build a new computer. Im not very knowledgeable when it comes to computer parts and would like to know if these parts would work together, and if there is something better i can get for cheaper or better in general? Normally my uncle would help in this kind of situation and im sure to bring the results up with him at some point. I would just like an opinion from someone who knows a lot about this stuff. Thank you!

CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7 GHz 8-Core Processor

GPU- MSI GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 8 GB GAMING X TRIO Video Card

Motherboard- Asus TUF GAMING B450-PLUS II ATX AM4 Motherboard

Memory- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory

Storage- SK hynix Gold P31 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive

Power Supply- Corsair RMx (2021) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Im looking for a build that can produce high framerate gaming and a comfortable vr experience. Again im not very experienced with this type of stuff so any and all help will be appreciated!

Solution
What country are you located, what is your budget, what is your monitor resolution and will you be reusing any components (not seeing a case in your post).
The parts you listed will work together but depending on budget and country you may be better off going Ryzen 5600X instead (better for gaming and may be cheaper). PCPartpicker.com is good for pricing and compatibility for most locations. Also knowing what you plan on doing with the build can help decide parts.

Sorry for not mentioning in the most! I'm in the US, and i would like to keep the budget as low as possible. Nothing over $1800.. Ive got a 165hz 1080p monitor. and i currently have the cpu available from my recent build but ive been told that its not recommended to reuse a cpu, i dont know how true that is though.

A 3070 Ti is overkill for 1080P imo. That card is geared for gaming at 1440P. Google benchmarks for the RTX 3060 Ti.

I'd look at making these changes to your build ....
