Hi, need some advice on if i should upgrade some of my components:

Current Specs:

i5-7600k 4.6GHz
RTX 2060 6GB
16GB RAM (8x2) 2400mhz
Gigabyte GA-Z270-HD

I want to upgrade to the next components:
MSI B450 Gaming Plus
Ryzen 5 3600 3.6
I heard that ryzen works better with 3200mhz RAM speed so i dont know if its worth to spend +70 Euro just for the speed or keep on 2400mhz of the current ram.

Reason to the CPU change is planning to record/stream in the future and i actually suffer some stutter and high cpu load on cpu intesive games.
About motherboard i heard that it works well with ryzen CPU so i dont know if it worth the upgrade either

NOTE: I dont play AAA titles frequently so the target is 144hz 1080p on most fps games. Current specs work well but when it about stream, cpu intesive games or multitasking in general i feel like i5-7600k is not enough.

Ty!

i would go for the ryzen change. And also about the ram,try overclocking it and see what speed you can reach.Ultimately you want to reach atleast 3000mhz.If you cant manage to overclock it that far, just buy new sticks.

What is your budget?

Have you overclocked your 7600K?
If not, you may be leaving some 25% performance on the table.
As of 6/19/17
What percent of samples can get an overclock
at a vcore around 1.4v.
I5-7600K
4.9 72%
5.0 52%
5.1 27%
5.2 16%
5.3 samples exist, unknown % of occurrence

If you will be multitasking, you will want more than the 4 threads you now have.
A i7-7700K is still a strong processor and would be a workable no hassle upgrade.
It sells for $250 on ebay.
I do not think I would go that route.

Even a lowly $125 i3-10100 processor and a $75 motherboard will perform about the same as a 7700k. Your current ram would be fine.
Of course, you could go stronger if budget permits.

Do you prefer intel instead of ryzen in terms of multitasking? also the price-quality of ryzen is kinda nice and thats why im interested in it.
Budget is around 300-350€
