Need IEEE 1394

I need IEEE 1394 for my old camera -- the technology may have evolved, but my old camera has not. I would prefer to have this on the motherboard so as to not take a slot and because I have read that cameras are sometimes picky and I thought having it onboard would be likely to be more successful, but I'm not finding boards with it. I want to build a computer fast enough to edit BluRay video. I am a newbie at this, because for my last two computers I was able to find firewire onboard. I would appreciate the thoughts of this community.
