Hi All,
Ive decided to take a crack at the NES PC mod and need some help regarding the motherboard. I want to use hyperspin for the front end and have emulation for nes, snes, n64.
I have narrowed it down to three options:
Zotac IONITX-T-U Onboard Atom D525 1.82 Dualcore
Zotac D2700ITXS-A-E Onboard Atom D2700 2.13 Dualcore
Zotac Z68ITX-B-E lga1155 Intel Core i3-2100T 2.50 GHz Dualcore
What I want to know is do you think I will get away with using the Ion D525 processor?
Should I splurge on the D2700 and pay extra for a power supply?
Or go all out with the Core i3?
I want to stay as cheap as possible, but being able to handle the required emulation.
Any ideas?
