Hello,
conecting&sharing files&printer via belkin internet router in between three computers ie:xp,win-7&laptop.

All must have the same workgroup name, then enable printer and file sharing in each, also in windows 7 you have to set the security tab to allow those devices (or Everyone) on the network to share. You can share by folder or by drive, depending on your needs.
