When I play online games, games and just heavy disk usage in general like installing a game all peripherals stop functioning, headset disconnects, keyboard can't type or do anything but LED's still work, cursor disappears but LED's on mouse also still work and and internet disconnects .I have done all troubleshooting there is to do, resetting network, using tethered connection from my phone instead of ethernet cable to see if the cause was a cable, changed power settings to balanced, I have updated everything on my PC , graphics drivers, CPU chipset drivers, BIOS updated to latest version, updated Network Drive.

I even got 2 fresh windows installs and it happened the first time and second, time. I also swapped RAM, even the GPU. I have a Ryzen 7 5700x, 16 GB of 3600 Mhz Dual Channel RAM as well as an RTX 3080, all 3 components are still brand new, say about 3 months, but power supply is a 850 Watt Bronze Certified and a Gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite, both of these being about 4 years old. My OS is installed on an NVMe SSD too. I did recently update my windows 11 and I think thats around the time this started happening. I did a bunch of Malware checks too and Uninstalled the windows update, not roll back as that isn't an option on Windows 11 for me as im passed 10 days.

Event viewer shows A connection to the Windows Metadata and Internet Services (WMIS) could not be established as just a warning, and Metadata staging failed, result=0x80072EFE for container '{7AB09EBC-8FB5-11EE-A75E-F2E30433C04E}' as an error. I did do disk checks and restore health.

I have also checked for temps for both CPU and GPU and they the usual optimal temperatures and I am on the latest version of Windows 11. I do see some weird black glitches, its not the whole monitor its random spots and happens randomly however I tested some other GPU's too.
