i5-650 4.0ghz with Zalman cooler
Asus p7h55/usb3
8gb ( 2 +2 + 2 + 2 ) 1600mhz
Zotac GTX460 1gb
Coolermaster 750W +80

Here is CPU-Z



CPU Temps. Desktop: Between 35-40
CPU Temps. Games: Betwen 45-50 Skyrim and Counter Strike:Source 32/32 servers

Do I need to change any values to get better performance? Regards

No, you look to be OK on temps. If you want to increase performance you should consider OC'ing the GPU rather than the CPU.

I am afraid I can`t
I have zotac gtx 460. with %30 fan speed on desktop: 60 and games: 80 degree
