Question New build keeps resetting itself while trying to set it up ?

So I recently built a computer that keeps on resetting itself while trying to set up. It will get about maybe 5 to 10 seconds in before shutting off the screen and resetting the motherboard, It doesn't shut off any fans or actually close the whole computer. I know the CPU, ram, HDD and PSU are good. If anyone wants to know more you can message me at [removed] for full video

So you are stuck in a restarting loop, 5-10 secs until it restarts automaticaly. Type in a search bar 'pc keeps restarting', there are plenty topics, until someone more experienced here helps you.

I have a second fully working PC that I tested the CPU and RAM in, and I have made sure all power connections are secure. I'm also starting the PC by shorting the pins to not add switches to problem solving.

Does it do the same if you take the motherboard and just use the 24pin power? Ask since it has a bios flashback option which you might be able to use to install the latest bios.

Like try to start it with just the 24 pin? Will it boot?

Does this resetting happen if you enter the bios and let it sit?

it resets no matter what stage it is in, it could be on the post screen, bios, or starting to set up windows.

Unplug the hdd.
Use 1 stick of ram in the proper slot.
Power up and enter the bios.
Does it reset?

Unplug the keyboard and mouse.

Move the mobo out of the case and on to a piece of cardboard.

All you want connected is psu/mobo/cpu-hsf/one stick of ram.
If you can tell if this reset happens without a monitor then don't connect a monitor.
Quickly short the power on pins on the mobo to power up.
