Question New build -no bootscreen....

I just built my pc and after everything is connected, I power on. No display, all fans run for about 10 secs. CPU fan shuts off, other fans stay on. CPU fan comes back on, then off. Things I've tried:
Took the battery out and back in - no change
Took all RAM out except for one - no change
Took motherboard out of case - no change
Took Video card out - no change

All parts are new except for PSU ( it is 500w)
Specs:
ASRock B450M Pro4 Motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 core 12 Thread processor
32GB G Skill Ripjaws V series DDR4 RAM (4 8gb sticks)
ASRock Phantom Gaming Radeon RX570 4gb DDR5 Video Card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...im really frustrated.

Is your Bios the updated one as you need to flash it with P3.3 ? To use the 3600 on that board as first bios does not support it.

You would have to have an older gen ryzen cpu to install unless it has q-flash plus ?

The motherboard is a 400 series, but a card inside the box said that that the motherboard is AMD Ryzen 3000 desktop ready and wouldn't need a bios update. Even so, wouldn't I get some kind of boot screen?

The box on the website shows this too but in the cpu list is says it needs an update.
