[New Build] parts i have choosen..any advice?

I am looking to build a PC for myself and I just want to get some opinions

Case: COOLER MASTER HAF X RC-942-KKN1 Black Steel/ Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo)
Motherboard: ASUS MAXIMUS IV EXTREME (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard
GPU: 2x XFX Double D HD-695X-CDFC Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16
Memory: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
HD: Seagate Barracuda Green ST2000DL003 2TB 5900 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
SSD: Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
PSU: COOLER MASTER Silent Pro Gold Series RS800-80GAD3-US 800W ATX
Case Fan(because i like red): COOLER MASTER Megaflow 200 R4-LUS-07AR-GP 200mm Red LED Case Fan
CPU Fan: COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler

Total: $1773.89

If anyone has any suggestions/updates to my parts list i would like to stay around my total no more then $1800 though,

Overall decent build, but you are spending too much on the motherboard. This should be enough:

The PSU sucks, get this:

And instead of CF'ing 6950's, you should get a single GTX 670:

Im not sure if you would know this but would the CPU fan i am getting work with the heatsinks on the memory?

If you follow fpoon's advice on the AsRock board it should be fine if you use the 2nd and 4th RAM slots (from the left). This is what the mobo will tell you to do anyway.

Oh, I forgot about that.
For the heatsinks it's better to get the Corsair Vengeance LP, like this:

2x8GB is better than 4x4GB because it leaves room to upgrade.

that is a good point, thank you for all of your help i'm definatly choosing the ASRock Z77 extreme4 mobo, and the EVGA GPU, definatly good price and performance
