Question New build won't post please help

Motherboard ASUS Z390-E
CPU Intel core i5-8600K
GPU Msi 1070Ti
RAM Hyper X 2/8Gb 2666MHz DDR4
Whenever I try to turn on my new build it won't post on my monitor and a yellow DRAM light turns on. Please Help.

Try leaving single RAM installed and testing each RAM slot on board.

You're welcome. Are there RAM slots on board not working? If yes, then it might be a bent pin in the CPU socket.
