Question New Build Won't Turn On, Was Working Fine Before

My brand new build won't power on. Upon finishing the build, I turned the computer on and it was working fine, installed Windows, and afterwards installed some drivers from manufacturer websites (mobo drivers, audio drivers, chipset drivers, etc). Turned it off for the day and didn't touch it for about two days. After the two days passed I wanted to use it and was surprised to find out it was not turning on. I have already cleared the CMOS, reseated ram sticks, reconnected CPU and mobo connectors, reseated GPU, reconnected GPU 8 pin, but nothing. No sound comes from the motherboard speaker, I have tried turning the pc on using a screwdriver, switching out the case power button, using reset switch as power switch, and stilll no luck. I will test the PSU when I get the chance, but for now I have a feeling that either the mobo is dead or the PSU is dead. I would really appreciate some help, maybe someone has been in my situation before.

I would try testing the Power supply by attaching a 24-pin jumper or you can manually jump it (many tutorials on google how to do so) Attach a case fan or something to it to see if it turns it on. Sure fire way of figuring out which part is dead.
