[SOLVED] New cooler

I just bought a new Corsair 100i for my pc. I got it all set up powered it on and got no display, so I mess around with the display cables and turned it back on, same thing. But the power button wasn’t turning it off only on. I tried to move a few more cables then tried again and now the entire pc won’t even turn on but I still get the motherboard lights.

I don’t know how to fix

Update, I’ve gotten the system to turn on. The cpu wasn’t seated properly because the cooler keeps pulling it off. But I still can’t get a display or shut it off by the button
