Check the Asus website and see what the newest supported version of BIOS is for your board. Then look in your BIOS at your startup screen and check the version.

You should be able to unzip the newest BIOS version onto a flash drive and update via flashing the BIOS from a USB port on the MB that's exposed from the back of the PC. If you are unsure of how to do this. Google your BIOS Update Asus 990FX Sabertooth and pull up one of the youtube videos. It's not terribly complicated at all.

But when i do that and it is installing the screen goes black and no conection and never come back. But the window will go away after i spam the ok button because it will not go away otherwise so what should i do now? is it just to wait a long time for the screen to come back or what is this problem?

I downloaded the nvSCPAPI and then when i start a game it was wrong on the nvSCPAPI64 and i downloaded and change that and now it works

You guys might be angry on me now but I dont now what to do. It doesn't mater how much FPS I have it lags like hell it is driving me nuts. On bf3 ultra settings i have stable 98 fps but it feels like 20 but with VSync on 60 fps it is smoother but laggy in fast moves and in the center of the maps. On minecraft it is laggy as fuck even on the lowest settings it is no diffirens, but same here with VSync it it smooth but in some movements it lags. On Euro truck it is smooth but not in the towns. I dont think it is anything wrong with my gpu because it would propably lag all the time. I personaly think it is my cracked win7 but i might have wrong. I haven't updated my BIOS jet because Im scared to do something wrong. Im going to buy win8 and if that doesn't help I will just buy a buily one next year. Some peopole might be angry on me now, but could some one help me?
