New Graphics card

I have a HP pavilion a250y and I want to get a new graphics card. I found this one, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814134157, it says it uses PCI Express 2.0 X16. My computer says It has PCI but the card looks like it will fit in. I am wondering if it will fit in because I don't want to buy a graphics card and have it not fit in by computer.

That gpu is crap.any low profile gpu will fit.please tell your budget?

I can get anything under $100 but below $50 is preferable. The graphics card needs to be able to run Source film maker which need directx 9.0 with shader model 3.0. Thats the only program that won't run on my computer
