Hi, I was wondering something

My girlfriend is in some need of a new laptop and she was quite satisfied with the one I have for school. It's by no means meant for gaming, but she wanted to play Genshin Impact as she's quite into that sort of games.

The laptop I had contains 8GB of RAM, an Nvidia Geforce MX130, and an Intel i3 7020U clocked at 2,30 ghz with 2 cores. It doesn't at all run it at a solid fps rate of 60, but that isn't much of a concern to her, as long as it's properly playable at around the 30/40 fps mark, and doesn't constantly spike down (like her old laptop).

Now, I found a pretty solid laptop for 800 (being her absolute maximum that she wanted to spend, as she is still a student) having a GTX1650, a i5 9300H Quad Core at 2,4ghz base clocking speed, and 8GB of RAM, (its refresh rate is capped at 50hz though, I have no idea if this is something all laptops have or not, I play more on PC myself).

Can someone give some advice/just your opinion on whether she should get this, or perhaps look for something slightly simpler and cheaper to fit the criteria?

To quickly state some other games she plays/wants to play:

League of Legends
Stardew Valley
Dragon Ball Fighter Z
Minecraft <-- preferably ran with shaders and such

Thanks a lot in advance for your advice & help!
