I want to replace my MB and ram but still want to use my I7-920. As long as it is 1366 socket will it work with out any problems. Reason for replacing MB and ram is that my computer was bought from gateway and the only thing usefull on it is the I7-920. I have already replaced the GPU, PSU and tower. I do plan on OC'ing.

And if you gonna OC ...might as well do this at the same time. Check to make sure your case has enough room for tall HS
