I just bought a pair of g.skill aegis ddr4 3200mhz ram sticks. It seems like when i put them on 3200mhz they give back hardwere error but if i put it down to 2133mhz they dont give hardware error back. Could it be that one of the sticks is faulty?

Did you manually adjust the voltage and other parameters? That is the benefit of using XMP/DOCP for higher memory speeds those other parameters get adjusted also.
Nope did not touch any of that i did some testing with Windows memory test anything under 3200mhz doesn’t give error back in the first 20% if i set it to 3200 it gives error

I tried A-XMP profile 1 which also gave back error very quickly in Windows memory test
I would always recommend using MEMTEST86.
You will probably have to use CPU-Z to look at the parameters of the memory.
But it could be your BIOS. Have you verified that you have the most current BIOS?
Since you haven't listed your motherboard, what board and CPU are we talking about ?
