Hey everybody,

I'm having an issue after installing a new motherboard into my system.

When I flip on the power supply switch to the computer, the system seems to turn on (without video). I hear the HD disk spin upon start, all my LED fans come on, but for some reason my monitor isn't responding. Another strange piece to this issue is that the power button on the case is only recognized for turning the computer on, after the PSU switch has been flipped, and is worthless for turning the system off. There are also no working indicator LEDs on the motherboard or case. I've made sure that there is no physical damage or seating problems with the parts.

System specs:

Motherboard: ASrock 970DE3/U3S3
RAM: G. Skill DDR3 1600
GPU: GTX 560Ti GC 1024MB
Cooler: Corsair H50
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
HD: Samsing 10GB
Case: Antec 900 (Top indicator LED not working after installation)

Thanks,

zodiac.
