Hey guys,
I plan on building my own PC for the first time and I need some advice with some stuff. I'll use my current GPU for this new build (RX 6600, I know it's outdated and really weak for this new PC) I will upgrade it later on, I'm waiting for the new 8000 gen AMD GPU's, that's why I didn't include it here.

MOTHERBOARD: MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi ATX
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100 RGB or the Corsair H100x (What are the differences between them? they also cost the same)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 32GB 6000MHz
PSU: Corsair RM850x 80 PLUS Gold
STORAGE: I need help with choosing the best storage ( 2TB M2 preferrably)
CASE: Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB
REAR FAN: Corsair iCUE SP120 ( From what I understand it's the same fan used for the Case and the AIO)

Please give me any advice in order to improve it, whether it's something cheaper or more expensive, doesn't matter. Thank you!!

On the aio, one has RGB lighting, the other does not.
I do not much like using an aio cooler when a good air cooler will do the job.
Your case is excellent for air cooling and a thermalright peerless costs much less and cools just as well:

On the M.2 pick any one of the Samsung pcie offerings.
You may pay a bit more for quality.
No need to chase high sequential benchmarks, most work is random.
You would not be able to tell the difference without a benchmark.
An amusing video on that:
