Question New pc build but no display

Ok so I’ve Finished my build which I’ll put down later, everything is all good expect I have no display. Everything turns on as everything has power and is all compatible as far as I’m aware. The fans stay on and the standby lights stay on and the gpu stays on but just no avail. The keyboard and mouse DID light up for half second now they don’t at all and I haven’t actually done anything. I’ve gone through multiple troubleshoot lists and tried it all and just have no idea honestly.
Build:
Case: Corsair 100r silent edition
Hard drives: 2 1tb one toshiba and the other WD blue The Toshiba has the OS on it
Mobo: ASUS q87m-e LGA 1150
RAM: 2x hyperX Fury 8gbs
Gpu: nvidia gt 1060ti I think I have no way of finding out
CPU: Intel i5 4460 old ik
Psu: Aerocool intergrator 500w
Monitor: HP 24 w series
honestly I’ve spent days trying to fix this and just continuously getting frustrated. Plus I have done this before and I know what I’m doing just idk what to do here

take the nvidia gpu out and test with the igpu.

I have nothing different even with swapping ram and all that jazz including resetting cmos and taking out the battery
