Hey, so I'm trying to come up with a decent pc but I'm not entirely sure if I've got the best combinations of parts and I don't want to waste money. The maximum budget I would go to is £1300 but the lower the better as I'm still a student and can't spare much more :)
I am on a creative course so the pc needs to be powerful for 3d engines (blender, C4D), animating, video editing, decent for 4k rendering and also to have the potential to stream, play AAA games at a good quality and the potential for VR whilst being somewhat future proof.

I put together the PC below, if anyone could check it out and see if it's compatible and a good combination of parts that won't bottleneck it would be highly appreciated as I only have a little bit of knowledge on PCs :)

Great changes will take longer to get but def worth it thank you! Will the stock cooler be good enough to keep it cool and also PCPartPicker comes up with a compatibility warning with the motherboard and cpu, can I just dismiss it?

  • Note:The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled.
  • Note:Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders.
One last thing these errors recently just popped up are these sata ports needed?
