Error in Safe Mode: Yes

This is a brand new PC.

However, when I do many things at once (like multiple Chrome tabs, explorer tabs open, fast actions), the PC freezes. So I can see still the image and move the mouse, but can do nothing. No bluescreen, however. Never.
Then, when I try to click something, weird beeping noises occur. Also, right before crashing, the fans turn up.
When I watched a video and the PC crashes, I can still hear the video's sound.
Sometimes, the entire windows explorer task restarts itself, meaning the task bar, all windows reload and the PC works again. Sometimes, however, not. Kinda hard to describe.

When the PC freezes, the Desktop Windows Manger always stopps working, as seen from the Reliability History below:

The time provider 'VMICTimeProvider' indicated that the current hardware and operating system environment is not supported and has been terminated. This behavior is expected for VMICTimeProvider in non-HyperV guest environments. This may also be the behavior expected by the current vendor in the current operating environment.

The description for Event ID '27' from source 'e2fexpress' could not be found. Either the component that triggers this event is not installed on the local computer, or the installation is corrupt. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event occurred on a different computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was saved with the event:
Intel(R) Ethernet Controllers (3) I225-V
The system can not find the stated file

Other date:

The "BstHdAndroidSvc" service terminated with the following error:
The service encountered an exception while processing the control request.

Of course I tried to find the error. My first idea: The RAM.
When I inserted the RAM, I kinda had to "bend" it because the CPU fan was already inserted. Maybe I damaged the RAM? I did a RAM check with windows diagnosis tool, but that didn't show any errors.

Memory Check results:
Windows Memory Diagnostic checked the computer's memory and found no errors.
There is an easy way to recreate this issue: I started the windows MCT and downloaded an ISO. While running e.g. a video conference tool. Instantly, the mouse stutters and weird things start to happen.

What could be the issue? It's so weird because it's a brand new PC with a brand new installation of Windows 11. No overclocking and stuff, I also use the CPU's internal graphics.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Do the problems occur in Safe Mode?

Any error codes etc. in Reliability History and Event Viewer?
