Question New PC, Low Frequency and High Temperature

Hello Everyone!.

I just built my new PC and the first time i went to the Bios I noticed my CPU Frequency is lower than i expected to be (I have a 12th Intel Core 12700F )
And the temperature is very high at 60C.

Is there anything that i should change?

MOBO: MSI PRo B66M-A DDR4
CPU: i7-12700F

Did you remove the plastic fro. The bottom of the cooler before installing?
