PC ran fine until I was prompted to update my 980 pros firmware through Samsung Magician.
After my PC rebooted during installation it hasn't been able to POST.
Error codes seen on the MOBO are 00, 0F, 7F, and 28.

So far, I have cleared CMOS multiple times, reflashed BIOS with USB quick flash, and reseated the 980 pros in diff slots.
I have no idea what the next step is, because as far as I'm concerned the components seem to be acting completely normal.
There's only so much I could think of to do from this position, any help is appreciated.

Did you do BIOS flash with 980 pro still connected?
That may have caused failed BIOS flash.

Remove 980 pro drives. May be remove graphics card also.
Redo BIOS flashback.
Read user manual (page 33) for instructions, how to properly do BIOS flashback.
The PC finally got past post with all but one stick of RAM inserted. Still not sure as to how that’s possibly the issue. Even still when I’m booting it’s way slower and Dr Debug seems to be running through a ton of different codes for like a minute with the PC still failing to start once or twice, until it finally boots. Really strange stuff.
